The experience begins when you embark Eurostar at St Pancras ahead of your journey to scenic Lille. Here you will board the high speed French TGV and head on to beautiful Lyon. At Lyon you can soak up the ambiance on the local train towards picturesque Annency passing through some spectacular scenery before arriving and being transferred to your hotel. You will be staying at the Comfort Hotel or three star equivalent with bar, restaurant and comfortable guest bedrooms with private facilities.

Over the next couple of days you can explore this beautiful region and take advantage of the organised excursions. Wander the cobbled streets, sail on the gorgeous lake, admire the views of the Alps and travel by trail to the mountain resort of Chamonix, sheltered by breathtaking Mont Blanc. Here you can take a trip on the tram way and see the Mer de Glace glacier, France's longest glacier and a fantastic natural phenomenon.

Optional excursions are also available including a trip to Lake Geneva and the picturesque walled town of Yvoire and a relaxing boat trip to the beautiful Swiss city of Geneva.
